Before the Reboot, I was sort of putting my energy in so many different directions without a lot of intention or focus.
I was freshly unrepresented, and I felt like I didn't have any tools to navigate an industry without having an agent.
I went from really feeling helpless and feeling like I needed someone to do all the advocating for me to feeling the most empowered I've ever felt in my career.
And I'm happy to say, I've gotten an Off-Broadway show, a national tour, and now a Broadway show — all unrepresented, and because of Jen Waldman Studio and the Reboot program.
The truth is I went from just going to random EPAs hoping something would happen, to being absolutely whip-smart and laser-focused on what I wanted to be doing in New York — and I f*cking made it happen.
The PROGRAM
There are three phases to the Reboot.
PHASE ONE: The Warm Up

Daily prompts to clarify goals, gather materials, and set up success
Kickoff events to connect with your Reboot cohort
These two weeks are an easy warm up period. Super low stress and minimal homework during this time.
PHASE TWO: The Sprint
JUNE 15 - SEPTEMBER 8
Private Coachings and Private Strategy Sessions with Jen
Weekly live seminars
Personalized homework assignments and feedback
This phase is intense. There is a lot of homework during this time. Make sure you block out time in your calendar now so that you have the space to get the work done.

Even though this is technically the “end” of the Reboot, it is actually the beginning of the next chapter of your career. Our goal is to make sure you have a robust strategy in place for continuing your momentum and growth well beyond our four months together.

Initial 55-minute Career Alignment Session with Jen to discuss your career, your goals, your previous strategies to achieve those goals, your new ideas about what your career could look like, and preliminary ideas for what our summer together will look like. This meeting can be in-person OR remote.
Two 30-minute one-on-one career strategy meetings with Jen to brainstorm and innovate your approach to your career based on where you currently are and where you want to go. These meetings are remote.
Two 55-minute private coaching sessions with Jen to investigate your creative process, get on your feel with material, and create a reliable plan for bringing your best work into the room. These meetings can be in person or remote. (If singing in person, accompanist provided. If singing remotely, custom created accompaniment tracks provided.)
30-minute private Wrap-up/Next Steps meeting with Jen to reflect on your work, examine your next steps, and create a plan to keep your momentum moving forward. This meeting can be in person or remote.
Unlimited asynchronous communication with Jen (via the JWS app) and access to Jen’s 25+ years of experience and expertise.
Weekly live seminars and group calls (16 total) on advancing your career with integrity and business smarts. These meetings are remote and always recorded in case you have to miss a live call. (You will have ongoing access to all seminar recordings after the Reboot is over.)
24/7 Access to our private Reboot Community channel for community support, accountability, feedback on your homework, and ongoing communications with your fellow Rebooters.

These sessions are all about unpacking your new insights and realigning your short term strategy to meet your long term goals. These sessions are remote.
Two 2025 Strategic Planning Sessions: These sessions takes place in the fall (between October 1 and December 31). During these 30 minute strategic planning sessions, you will assess how your post-Reboot strategy is working, make necessary adjustments, and start looking ahead to 2026. These meetings can be in-person or remote.

PLUS...Stage 1: Assess the Current Book.
One 55-minute Audition Rep Reality Check (with an accompanist) during which you will sing through your current rep book for Jen. This session can be in person or remote.Stage 2: Plan the Future Book.
Two 30-minute sessions to determine what stays in your book and what needs to go after the Audition Rep Reality Check. You and Jen will identify holes in your book that need to be filled, name your priorities, and create a strategic plan for getting the new material selected, learned, prepped, and coached. These sessions are remote.Stage 3: Find the Rep.
This is where the real fun begins. Jen goes on the hunt for new rep to fill your 3 highest priority holes in your book. Her rep suggestions will align your book with your career goals and the current market. She will send you song ideas, and you will go back and forth (and back and forth) until you are completely satisfied with your new song selections.Stage 4: Prep the Rep.
One 55-minute coaching (with an accompanist) to work out the cuts and the approach to the 3 songs you have selected from Jen’s lists. This session can be in-person or remote.THE COST: +$249 per monthly payment

The initial meetings, private coachings, and wrap up meetings can take place either in person at JWS (28th Street in NYC) or on Zoom.

Expect to dedicate at least 4–6 hours per week during the Sprint phase.
Some weeks may be lighter; others (especially around private coachings and strategic deadlines) will be heavier.
